Sacked Umahi Bows To Pressure, Tenders Apology To NBA
David Umahi, the Governor of Ebonyi State, has tendered an unreserved apology to the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) over the uncomplimentary statement made against a judge of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, Justice Inyang Ekwo This comes hours after NBA described Umahi’s comment as a national embarrassment.
Recall that Dave Umahi, on Tuesday, described his removal from office by Justice Inyang Ekwo as “a hatchet” man’s job.
Umahi apologised while addressing over two thousand members of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, in Ebonyi State at a solidarity rally that took place at the Udensi roundabout.

Arsenal player, Pablo Mari and five other people have been reportedly stabbed. Naija News learnt that the Spanish professional football player was among six people stabbed at a shopping mall today in Milan.
